Socialized objectives get teams thinking and discussing what they can do specifically to achieve those goals. The work required to achieve the objectives are known as Key Results (KR). These naturally begin to surface through discussions around objectives.

Teams must be empowered to set and collaborate in setting KRs that align with corporate Objectives. The teams/individuals are given the authority to both set and achieve those established KRs. These KRs should be captured and socialized like the objectives.

Collaboration between leadership and teams on Objectives and corresponding Key Results ensure good alignment between goals and efforts.
